Diary of the average Dan...next update

Back again for an update.

Plan started well.....and then not so well.

Knee fell apart after a couple of weeks probably a continuation on the previous issue. Long story short, tight glutes = unhappy knees. Pretty much rectified that situation now with the help o Dave Garrett and can squat with no significant issues.

Shoulder has been playing  up which has killed most pressing work. Been trying to sort out myself but might have to get it seen to. Managing to do dips surprisingly and I did manage to get some floor pressing in the other day without too much discomfort.

Anyway so Im going to iron these issues and get back on with what I was doing. For the moment though doing upper/lower split.

Lower work starts with weighted mobility stuff. Split squats, side squats, RDLs then goes on to the main exercise either squat or deadlift variation.

Upper tends to be dips and chins then 5 rounds of a giant set focusing on arms, abs and upper back.

All of the main exercises are ramped to a heavyish single then done for multiple reps/sets afterwards.

No particular workouts worthy of a special mention but im managing to add a little extra each time.
