Session 1 of Week 2 down. 117.5kg for 6 sets of 6, all completed for the full number of reps. Assistance work was very basic, with straight bar tricep extensions just up to 45kg, Facepulls for sets of 15-20, prone rear delt flys and band pull a parts.
Finding that initially my first few sets aren't the fastest, but once I get to the final 2 or 3 sets the bar speed increases. Putting this down to the central nervous system waking up.
