Just finished my last session of this week, so i am four bench press sessions down out of the total 12.
On Friday I had 80% of my max for 8 sets of 4, I managed all the sets for full reps at 128kg.
Today I just completed my last session of the week, 10 sets of 3 reps at 136kg (85%), didn't miss a single rep either. Very pleased to have finished this first week without failing on a rep.
Bring on week 2 repeating everything with an extra 5kg on top.
