bit of a disappointing squat session, but we live to fight another day.
worked up to some heavy belt less stuff: 1x130kg, 1x135kg, 1x142.5kg(belt on now), 1x147.5kg, (didn't quite hit depth on this so moved down and then up). 1x140kg(easy), 1x145kg(left things on a high)
speed deadlifts, I'm really liking the addition of these, its working really well for getting some good speed going into an old sticking point I have around my knees. Did 8 singles with 110kg and purple bands.
moved onto some accessory work, mainly focused hamstrings and glutes and they've been real problem areas.
Goodmornings:
2x5 at 70kg, 2x5 at 75kg (wider stance on the last two).
GHR:
3x10 with the 22.5kg dumbbell, this is an absolutely awesome exercise and I recommend it to anyone.
